My first solo exhibition, Outta Mind, was at Studio6 Gallery in the Lower East Side of NYC. Outta Mind is a collection of work from the restless mind of Red Halftone. Drawn from the thoughts that keep her awake at night, the pieces wrestle with themes that refuse to let go: death and the existential crises it brings, the turbulence of our social and political climate, and, on a brighter note, her enduring muse, New York City, the city that never sleeps. Life is layered and unpredictable, and so is this body of work.
